is born from Anne-Marie’s passion for textiles and her spontaneous approach to put the right materials together.
She spends a serious amount of time sourcing materials. Authenticity, antique, vintage and handworked by master craftsmen from many parts of the world, is what she is looking for. Materials are combined. Spontaneously she feels whether it is right.
Anne-Marie creates a unique line of durable cushions which will stand the test of time. Soft to the touch and wonderfully plump, those cushions with their details will give your interior a personal touch and a unique character.

When made from antique textiles, some of which are very old, some imperfection may occur. This gives extra value to the cushion.
Meet the Designer Behind "Coussin"
When did you feel you had the passion for design and decoration?
As I child I enjoyed playing with a dollhouse, changing the decor, and moving the furniture around. Growing up, it was obvious that the traditional schoolsystem was nothing for me. I needed a learning framework with a hands-on approach where my creativity could be developed acquiring the skills of window dressing. For many years I worked in visual merchandising very demanding luxury brands creating displays which engage and excite the customer to browse and shop.
What is your philosophy?
It started with the family home. Choosing the materials and putting things together when designing the family home was intuitive, spontaneous, and driven by coup de foudre . The result was a warm and elegant home. Later I adopted the same spontaneous approach when designing the home interiors of my clients.
When did you decide to pursue this passion in creating a line of cushions?
For many years I collected materials from many parts of the world. One day I decided to share this collection with you and created a line of cushions.
Cushions are important to complete and personalize your decor. When buying cushions produced in large quantities not only do they lack personality but more important, you do not have any control over the origin of the materials and their fillings. Cushions from coussin are one-of-a-kind piece, carrefully assembled with a plump feather filling.
